Kuusamo

Late update
Friday it was team competition in Kuusamo in Finland. the result list was a bit of a suprise, Poland did not impres with an 11th place. ( with only 11 countries participating) the jumps just wasnt good enough.
Finland was improving there jumping since last year, and ended on a 7th place. Anyway the winner was Germany and Austria came second. Slovenia third and Norway fourth. You can see the whole list here: http://fisskijumping.com/

Saturday it was the individual competition. and since the hill in Kuusamo is such a difficult hill it was some suprises on the result list. you had to be lucky with the conditions and of course have a good jump. Severin Freund won that competition. Dimitry Vassiliev on second and Simon Ammann on Third.  Thomas Morgenstern who was the last jumper it the first round, since he was leading the world cup. anyway, he had realy bad conditions and did not make it to the second round...... Gregor Schlierenzauer came on fourth place and best norwegian was Anders Bardal on 10th place.

Big Hill, Lillehammer

Todays competition in Lysgårdsbakkene was very interesting. because all the assumed best ski jumpers showed what they are capable to. Now Thomas Morgenstern is back yellow and leading the world cup, so far.
Todays podium was : 1: Gregor Schlierenzauer   275.5 points
                                 2: Anders Fannemel          275.4 points
                                 3: Thomas Morgenstern    269.4 points

Lillehammer

yesterday and today there have been competitions in Lillehammer. :) yesterday it was the first mixed competition on snow EVER! and Norway won it! even if Anette sagen fell. here are the whole result list for the mixed competition:  http://www.fis-ski.com/uk/604/610.html?sector=JP&raceid=3550


Today it was the first individual competition for this season. it was very fun to watch it, maybe because i have missed it so much. ;) you can see the whole result list here:

tomorrow it is a new competition for the boys in the big hill in Lillehammer. it starts 13.56 at eurosport but on NRK it starts at 16.55

Nationals

Today it was the Nationals on Rena. They also jumped yesterday, individual normal hill and team.
Tom Hilde won the individual and his team won the team competition. Today is was the big hill they where jumping in, and there was many hill records. Anders Fannemel won today's competition and sat hill record with 136m. (I think)
I'm out traveling now so I'm gonna write more later. See you.

World Cup

Now it's only six days left until it starts! if you want to se it all you can turn on Eurosport at 11.45 for the qualification. if you can't watch that, you get another chance to watch the quali at 15.30.
The competition starts at 16.15. that is a mixed competition. the first in the world on snow!
for you Norwegian reader you can also watch the competition on NRK.

On saturday it is the individual competition. on NRK you can watch the womens competition, at 14.00 and men, at 14.45.
and at Eurosort you can watch the men at 13.45.

Sunday at 13.30 at Eurosport, and 17.00 at NRK
